BITRIX CHAT BOX NOT OPENING
Solutions:
1. Close the app.
2. Go to C:\Users\user\AppData\Roaming\Bitrix\Desktop\3.0
3. Look to a folder named cef_cache and delete it and refresh the window.
4. Open the app and point your mouse to the taskbar where the app's icon is placed.
5. Right-click the mouse and select Move and move the cursor. The chat box will appear right away.
